When will my order ship?
All custom orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Most orders take approximately 5-10 business days to process (does not include holidays and weekends). Please note- this is only an estimation- holiday turn around time could be longer. Select items may take longer to process. Pre order items are not subject to our standard processing windows. If you need you order by a certain date please email us customerservice@thebrodiebride.com we will quote you a more precise processing time.

Help! I need my order ASAP!
To receive your order ASAP we recommend upgrading to priority or express shipping. This will increase your shipping time but processing time will remain the same. Please email customerservice@thebrodiebride.com prior to purchasing if you have any further questions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders through USPS. Depending on your shipping method selected at check out, your order can take between 1-7 business days to arrive once the order is shipped.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation containing USPS tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped out of our office in Cincinnati, OH.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders shipping within the US $100+. Please see checkout for various shipping price options, international shipping prices and shipping upgrade pricing.
